This post discusses the numerous scholars and studies which have highlighted that the technology-facilitated abuse (tech-abuse) of victim-survivors, particularly those engaged in private family law proceedings, is a growing concern that must be addressed by professionals and those who support these families. I bring insights from philosophy, feminism, broader health and social sciences and beyond to urge professionals to enhance their expertise in this important area. This post is dedicated to G and A, two formidable women who specifically requested that I write this post to assist them in their journey. Your courage inspires me, and I am privileged to know you. I hope this helps.
